We are seeking Safety Ambassadors (Field Robot Operators) to support one of the most innovative autonomous delivery programs in the world. This is an opportunity to work alongside cutting-edge robotic technology that is transforming how deliveries are made and helping shape the future of logistics. As a Safety Ambassador, you'll serve as the on-the-ground representative supporting autonomous delivery robot operations for a highly visible program. You'll monitor robot performance, ensure safe operations, engage with the public, and provide critical field support to a technology that is redefining the future of transportation and delivery.

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Contract Details
- 3-Month Contract Assignment

Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of robots, batteries, vehicles, controllers, and communication equipment
- Monitor and support autonomous delivery robot operations in the field
- Maintain constant situational awareness and intervene when safety concerns arise
- Perform battery swaps and basic field maintenance
- Respond to incidents, technical issues, and public inquiries
- Partner with remote operations teams to ensure successful route completion
- Complete operational reports and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and members of the public

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Spending up to 10 hours per day on the road
- Riding and working in delivery vehicles for extended periods
- Working in vehicles with limited air conditioning
- Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
- Safely handling batteries and operational equipment
Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
