Safety Aide - Muskego High School

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and the public.
• Will provide adult guidance when necessary to ensure safety of students and property.
• Enforce all building/district rules and policies, specifically, closed campus policy and all parking lot regulations.
• Monitor all parking areas of the high school campus.
• Monitor high school campus grounds.
• Supervise/monitor students, halls, cafeteria, locker rooms, and restrooms.
• Direct high school parking lot traffic before or after school.
• Other duties, as assigned by administrators.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Red Cross and CPR certified or willing to take First Aid class.
• Dependable work record.
• Positive and friendly work attitude.
• Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision by administration and/or faculty members.
• Ability to get along with and communicate well with staff, students and public.
• Ability to supervise and appropriately monitor and report student behavior.
• Ability to be diplomatic but firm with students.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
