About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst Account Takeover & Credential Abuse to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Investigate incidents of credential compromise and trace malicious actor behavior
- Design and manage workflows for account remediation, including notification and access standards
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine detection of compromised user traffic
- Enforce usage policies aimed at mitigating harmful AI system abuses
- Engage with threat intelligence on emerging credential abuse patterns
- Provide input on policy gaps based on enforcement experiences to the Safeguards policy team
- Stay updated on AI policy best practices to inform workflows and decision-making
- Draft policy frameworks for handling compromise scenarios without verified customer security
Qualifications
- Experience in trust and safety, fraud investigation, or security operations
- Subject matter expertise in account takeover or credential abuse
- Proficient in designing remediation workflows beyond detection
- Ability to analyze data (e.g., SQL) for tracing behavior and measuring effectiveness
- Strong written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent judgment in balancing platform security with user access restoration
Pay
$245,000 – $285,000 annually
