• Set up and operate advanced saddle stitch equipment
• Monitor quality and production standards to ensure exceptional results
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Optimize machine performance to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
