The Landesinnung Kälte-Klima-Technik Hessen-Thüringen/Baden-Württemberg is seeking a Sachbearbeiter/in Kreditorenbuchhaltung(m/w/d) or Buchalter/in at the Bundesfachschule Kälte-Klima-Technik in Harztor.

Responsibilities

• Self-sufficient execution of ongoing credit ledger accounting with allocation to cost centers and cost carriers
• Review and verification of incoming invoices
• Creation of payment schedules, account reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies
• Development and optimization of accounting processes
• Participation in the preparation of annual accounts
• Assumption of general administrative tasks during absences

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
• More than 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Skillful handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured, and engaged working style
• Driver's license: B

• Specialized knowledge in credit ledger accounting
• Experience in a similar field

Pay
