Apply your technology transactions expertise to help improve how AI reviews contracts, identifies risk and interprets legal language. This remote, part-time contract opportunity is for experienced SaaS attorneys with a strong background in drafting, negotiating and redlining technology agreements. Location: RemoteRole type: Part-time contractorPay: $80–$110 USD per hourOpenings: 50 What you’ll do • Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.• Evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, identifying errors and providing clear, actionable legal feedback.• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance consistently.• Collaborate with product and research teams to improve training data, guidelines and contract review workflows. Required qualifications • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.• At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.• Extensive experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate complex legal reasoning into practical feedback.• Interest in the intersection of law and technology.• Experience collaborating across disciplines in fast-paced environments. Preferred qualifications • Previous exposure to AI, legal technology or training initiatives.• Corporate law firm experience in M&A or fund formation for private equity firms. Why apply?
