About the role

This role combines service and delivery responsibilities, including managing inventory and operating company vehicles safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
- Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable
- Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse
- Deliver excellent service to customers
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required
Qualifications
- Safety 1st Mentality
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in box truck or delivery
- 1+ years of no at-fault accidents, clean MVR
- Current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
- Able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting
- Ability to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
- Able to lift more than 50 lbs occasionally
