About the role

This full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position offers career growth opportunities within a respected international company. Drivers deliver products to customers in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles, while also assisting with warehouse inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently within TBC policies
• Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures
• Follow pre-determined route sequencing for deliveries
• Securely handle COD payments (cash or check) per company policy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
• Wear provided clean and laundered uniforms
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely as needed
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws
• Perform other duties as requested or needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience (box truck and/or delivery experience preferred)
• 1+ years of no at-fault accidents and a clean MVR
• Current driver’s license relevant to vehicle classes driven
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating a company vehicle
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively (bending and twisting) and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs
• Safety-first mentality

Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Pay

Starting pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (dependent on experience). Sign-on bonus: $1,000.
