S/4 HANA Senior Financial Analyst, Costing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
- Cook up data migration, testing, validation activities, and defect resolution across multiple implementation cycles.
- Partner with global teams, corporate stakeholders, and external SAP implementation partners.
- Support end-user training and adoption efforts to ensure successful transition from current-state processes to future-state capabilities.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple go-lives and significant project dependencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or related financial roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP/SAP S4 HANA systems relevant to cost accounting functions.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a manufacturing or process technology environment.
- Ability to analyze complex cost data and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
PAY & BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000 in Rosemont and Charlotte, and $101,200 to $151,800 in Houston and most major metropolitan areas. This salary information is intended as a general guideline. When determining compensation, Honeywell considers a variety of factors, including the position's scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience, education, training, skills, and current market and business conditions.
