S/4 Hana Maintenance Planner IV

About the role

We’re seeking a highly skilled S/4 Hana Maintenance Planner IV to lead the coordination and execution of maintenance activities at our Sabine Pass, TX facility. In this critical role, you will develop comprehensive work plans, optimize maintenance schedules, and ensure operational excellence—playing a key part in sustaining efficient, reliable, and safe facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive work plans and optimize maintenance schedules in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Coordinate and execute maintenance activities, ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage asset records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, API, ASME, and PHMSA regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, with a strong background in analyzer and measurement equipment.
• Proven ability to develop work plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as OSHA, API, ASME, and PHMSA regulations.
• Valid TWIC card and current, valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to perform field activities including lifting, climbing, walking, and standing.
• Local candidates only; no relocation or living allowance provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on work experience in maintenance planning and execution.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of scaffolding, painting, insulation, welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment rigging.
• Prior work in PHMSA-regulated pipeline environments.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay

$72.00/hour.
