About the role

The Senior Production Technician provides support to assist the team in meeting daily production goals as established by team leaders and facility management.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary processes, calibration, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and conformance testing to produce quality prescription eyewear in accordance with work instructions.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems.
• Segregates non-conforming product or material.
• Works at Technician levels (Associate, Production, and Senior) within surface and/or bench, as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working at the Production Tech level.
• Obtained the highest training status available in 5 qualified functions, including:
  • At least 2 Senior Production Technician level functions.
  • 1 Production Technician level function (or higher).
  • 2 Associate Production Technician level functions (or higher).
