About the role

RWS Global is seeking Costume Characters at LEGOLAND® New York for the Daily Park Opening Show, Character Meet & Greets, and Hotel Events. This role may perform in both the theme park and hotel locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist during character meet-and-greets
• Be the voice for the character
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and interactive experience
• Perform in various indoor and outdoor climates
• Comfortable wearing a full character costume for up to 30 minutes at a time
• Support family-focused programming in the hotel setting
• Facilitate activities and maintain high energy while interacting with children and families

Requirements

• Must be between 5'2" and 5'4"
• This is a full-body costume like a mascot with head fully covered
• Must be local to Goshen, New York or surrounding area
• Must have weekend availability
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• All gender identities are welcome
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• This is a non-union job

Benefits

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule

Dates: now - November 22, 2026
Hours: approximately 8 hours per shift between 9:00am and 9:00pm
