About the role
RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Anesthesiologists for full-time employment opportunities with call required at multiple locations throughout New Jersey. Responsibilities
- Participate in required on-call schedules
Requirements
- ABA board-certified or board-eligible for new graduates
- Completed Anesthesiology residency (open to subspecialty and fellowship training as well)
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ (candidates with a NJ license will be preferred at this time)

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $550,000 to $600,000 per year. The compensation offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
Additional opportunities
Newly graduating residents and fellows are encouraged to apply. Current trainees can earn up to $50,000 with the Resident/Fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of training.
