RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine trained physicians for Primary Care roles in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, New Jersey.

- Morris Primary Care, Long Branch
- Barnabas Health Medical Group, Jackson Hub East
- Toms River Primary Care, Toms River, NJ
- RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group Primary Care - Route 70, Lakewood, NJ
- Whiting Medical Associates, Whiting, NJ
- Forked River Primary Care, Forked River
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- NJ licensed or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $224,000 – $359,000 per year (final offer depends on educational background, skills, and experience).
- Resident Incentive: Current residents are eligible for a $24,000 stipend.
- CME Allowance: $4,000 annual stipend for CME, Society Memberships, etc.
- Insurance: Full health insurance and comprehensive malpractice coverage (including tail).
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with an attractive company match.
