About the role
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join their growing orthopedic services in Mercer County, New Jersey, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton.
Responsibilities
- Focusing on elective primary and revision total joint procedures
- Utilizing advanced joint replacement and robotic technology
- Contributing to the growth and advancement of orthopedic services in the region
Requirements
- BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
- New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
- Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
- Prior teaching experience is preferred
Qualifications
- Completed fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
- Experience with advanced joint replacement and robotic technology
- Prior teaching experience
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong clinical and surgical skills

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $705,000 to $914,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
