RWJBarnabas Health is recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time opportunity at the Hamilton Hub in Hamilton, New Jersey (Mercer County). RWJBarnabas Health is New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, operating 12 acute care hospitals, 3 children's hospitals, outpatient facilities and physician practices, serving over three million patients annually. The Hamilton Hub is located at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJUH Hamilton), founded in 1971, serving a six-county region and offering comprehensive services including acute care, preventive wellness, primary care, outpatient diagnostics, medical/surgical services, bariatric surgery, senior health, outpatient rehabilitation (cardiac, orthopedic, speech, balance/hearing), minimally invasive surgery (da Vinci Xi, MAKO Robotic-Arm), cardiac interventional suite, cardiac rehabilitation, Orthopedics and Spine Center Institute (nationally-certified by The Joint Commission), Center for Neurosciences, and community health programs at the James and Sharon Maida Geriatrics Institute and RWJ Center for Health and Wellness (85,000‑sq‑ft conference center). RWJBarnabas Health’s partnership with Rutgers University creates the state’s largest academic healthcare system, integrating patient care, research, and education, including collaboration with the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.
Requirements
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $224,000 to $359,000 per year. Total compensation will vary based on educational background, skills, and professional experience.
