About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage multiple concurrent calls and tasks efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
