Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to emails and messages from customers
- Manage customer interactions across multiple channels

- Contribute to improving customer service processes and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
