Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of the WellTheory platform among enterprise clients, including employers and health plans
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and tailor compelling messaging to their needs
- Sources your own leads and drives deals from initial outreach through contracting and implementation
- Stand up new sales programs and optimize existing ones, shaping the playbook as the team scales
- Collaborates with internal teams (Implementation, Client Success, Clinical, Product) and external partners to hit sales targets and accelerate revenue growth
Requirements
- 7-12+ years of experience in BD/sales managing complex channel partnerships and/or B2B healthcare, preferably at a best-in-class digital health company
- Strong B2B2C/B2B/enterprise experience, able to manage an end-to-end sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including financial modeling and legal negotiation
- Comfortable sourcing your own pipeline and thriving in a build-and-learn environment, comfortable making judgment calls and creating the playbook
- A strong verbal and written communicator, treating sales as a partnership, asking thoughtful questions, and keeping forecasts grounded in reality rather than wishful thinking
- Organized and diligent, keeping documentation and CRM up to date, running a tight process, and juggling a long list of prospects without dropping the ball
- A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, comfortable in the boardroom or hopping on a last-minute flight to meet a partner in person
- An approachable and consultative attitude, taking a realistic view of sales and problem-solving

- A beginner's mindset, committed to learning and solving problems from the ground up
- A force of nature, having accomplished something most people wouldn't, such as running a marathon, starting a company, earning a degree while working full-time, or overcoming significant adversity

- A base salary range of $145,000 - $185,000 in addition to variable compensation, meaningful equity, and benefits
