RV Technician with Electrical Upgrades Experience

Responsibilities
- Utilize your experience in any of several disciplines, including Automotive Electrical Technician or Mechanic, Plane or Boat Mechanic, Carpentry, Car Audio, Solar Energy, Low Voltage Electrician, Custom Van Builder, or other skilled trades such as Electrician or Plumber.
- Work alongside our team of Cabinet makers, Metal fabricators and upholstery Team Members to customize and upgrade Airstream travel trailers like you have never seen before!
- Strive to provide excellent guest service to external and internal Guests/Team Members to maintain Guest/Team Member relations.
Qualifications
- RV electrical upgrades experience
- Experience Installing Victron Energy Components to build off grid power systems
- Experience installing Solar energy systems that include Solar panels and Victron Energy charge controllers
- Experience with RV plumbing, RV appliances, RV heating and Air conditioning systems
- Experience installing 12-volt Lithium-ion battery banks / 120-volt AC electrical components
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in RV, automotive, Adventure Van Building or related trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills for working with Guest, Project Designers, shop foremen, and team members
- RVIA/RVDA Certified Technician, preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Participate in continuing education and training

Pay
$28 - $42 per hour (DOE)
Schedule
Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5:30 pm, potential for overtime
