RV Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
• Install and upgrade accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines.
• Collaborate with the service department, obtaining work authorizations and factory approvals to ensure smooth operations and reimbursement for warranty repairs.
• Keep tabs on materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job.
• Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that leave customers in awe.

Qualifications

• A seasoned pro in RV construction, systems, and components.

• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus.
• A valid driver's license clear of suspensions for 3+ years is required.

Working Conditions

• Primarily work in the service shop, where you'll stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• May occasionally lift or move heavy equipment or objects.
• Navigate tight spaces and heights with ease.
• Occasionally exposed to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals, but with safety precautions in place.
