RV Service Technician
About the Role
Our Technicians are part of the heartbeat of our company, keeping families camping and creating lifelong memories. As a General RV Technician, you will service new and used RVs, focusing on interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing systems. Chassis or engine service is not part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Service new and used RVs, including electrical, plumbing, interior, and exterior systems.
- Inspect RVs thoroughly to identify issues.
- Clearly explain technical issues and repair processes to customers.
- Meet the company’s quality standards.
- Multitask and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of technical experience in automotive, aviation, marine, diesel, or appliance repair.
- Must provide your own tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to multitask.
- Valid driver’s license.
RV-specific certifications will be provided by General RV; ASE certification is not required.
Pay
$25 – $35 per hour (competitive, performance-based pay).
