RV Service Advisor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
• Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed throughout the process.
• Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories, and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a service customer follow-up system to support repeat and referral business.
• Ensure automotive work meets company quality standards.
• Craft goals and objectives, including an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling complaints immediately and appropriately.
• Provide customer transportation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs, including word processing and database tools.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Basic mathematics skills for billing and customer payment processing.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to work within and support internal teams.
