Responsibilities

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment
• Keep our dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure the right RV is in the right place
• Assist with light detailing and general upkeep to showcase our inventory
• Be the go-to for lot movement and inventory flow
• Follow company safety procedures and remain alert at all times

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Forklift experience is a plus—training available if needed
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Ready to start a career, not just a job
