About the role

Experienced Sales Consultants at NIRVC earn in the six figures ($120K - $240K annually). We are growing rapidly and seek long-term team members eager to build a rewarding career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using RV sales best practices and company guidelines
• Learn and apply RV sales and up-sell techniques
• Develop basic knowledge or quickly learn Salesforce, internet searches, and Microsoft Outlook systems

Requirements

• Positive, welcoming attitude
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Polished presentation
• Able to work inside and outside the office in all weather conditions
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Knowledge of recreational vehicle operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Valid driver’s license
• Sales and customer service experience
