What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and travel goals
- Guide them to the right RV and walk them through the buying process
- Follow up on leads (we provide them) and build your own pipeline
- Present products confidently and close deals
- Stay organized using our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up

About the Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in Car sales or automotive dealerships, Retail sales (especially high-ticket or commission-based), Customer-facing roles where performance matters, Competitive environments (sports, commissions, etc.), and possess strong communication and people skills.
