About the role
As an RV Sales Associate, you will follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs while delivering the highest quality of customer service. You will work with an industry-leading team, demonstrate units, close sales, and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with every customer.
Responsibilities
- Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process
- Sell new and used RVs with a focus on exceptional customer experience
- Conduct effective demonstrations of units
- Develop working knowledge of each product being sold
- Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I team
- Maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and share best revenue-generating practices
- Stay informed on market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
- Communicate enthusiastically with customers, employees, and management
- Attend RV shows and location events as needed
- Move RVs of various sizes, including adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations
- Minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Knowledge or ability to learn computer systems, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office, and other applicable software
