About the Role
At General RV Center, we don’t just sell RVs — we help families create lifelong memories. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in introducing customers to the freedom and adventure of the RV lifestyle. This is more than a job — it’s a career with unlimited potential.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales process—from product selection to negotiation to closing.
- Deliver expert RV knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay sharp with product updates, inventory insights, and training.
- Follow up daily with leads through our CRM system.
- Present solution-based options that fit customer needs.
- Partner with our Finance team to coordinate lending and finalize deals.
