RV Sales Associate
About the role
Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!
Responsibilities
- Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
- Valid driver's license required
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Qualifications
- For the role, high school diploma or equivalent is required

Pay
Variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
