RV Sales Associate
What You’ll Do
- Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
What You’ll Need To Have For The Role
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate is preferred
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
- Valid driver's license required
- May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
General Compensation Disclosure
No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply
The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
