RV Sales Associate

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate is preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

This position is a 100% commission-based role. No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply. The total compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
