RV Sales Associate

About the role

Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for selling new and used RVs with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door-to-door sales process
• Sell new and used RVs with the highest quality of customer service
• Conduct effective demonstrations of units
• Work closely with the F&I team to close sales
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices
• Stay updated on market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
• Be enthusiastic and communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record (may require obtaining a State Sales License)
• Experience: Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
• Abilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours, multi-task in a fast-paced environment; reliable and strong work ethic; commitment to superior customer service; ability to work independently and on a team; knowledge of computer systems including Motility Systems 2K, MS Office, and other applicable software; ability to move RVs of various sizes; organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending; ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
