About the role
Airstream of Southern New England under Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate. This position involves selling new and used RVs with exceptional customer service, following a trusted door-to-door sales process.
Responsibilities
- Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
- Sell new and used RVs with the highest quality of customer service
- Conduct effective demonstrations of units
- Work closely with the F&I team to close sales
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices
- Stay updated on market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
- Be enthusiastic and communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management
- Attend RV shows and location events as needed
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record (state sales license required)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
- Abilities: Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours, multi-tasking, reliable work ethic, commitment to customer service, ability to learn computer systems, and physical abilities to handle RVs and perform various tasks
