Responsibilities

We are hiring for two main roles: Sales Associates and Experienced RV Technicians.

For Sales Associates: Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll make—an RV that helps them create lasting memories and new adventures.

For Experienced RV Technicians: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems, helping our customers get safely back on the road and ready for their next adventure.

Requirements

For Sales Associates, you may be a great fit if you:

• Have a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role
• Are outgoing, motivated, and comfortable connecting with customers
• Have strong phone skills and are confident making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships
• Have an active social media presence and are comfortable using social platforms to showcase inventory, engage potential customers, and generate interest
• Enjoy working toward goals in a commission-based environment
• Are comfortable using email and CRM tools to manage and follow up with customers
• Communicate confidently and know how to create an exceptional customer experience
• Have a passion for helping people find the right solution

For Experienced RV Technicians, you may be a great fit if you:

• Have professional RV repair and service experience
• Have experience diagnosing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roofing, structural, or other RV systems
• Are skilled at troubleshooting and completing repairs accurately and efficiently
• Understand how to manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment
• Take pride in quality workmanship and strong productivity
• Are dependable, safety-minded, and committed to providing excellent service
• Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Hold RVTI, manufacturer, or other relevant technical certifications

Qualifications

Experienced technicians from related industries are also encouraged to attend, including professionals with backgrounds in:

• Automotive or diesel repair
• Electrical systems
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Carpentry or construction
• Appliance repair
• Mechanical or general maintenance
