About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic RV Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the RV purchasing process
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right RV solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to promote inventory and generate opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales processes
