Responsibilities
- Aid customers in choosing suitable boat and RV storage options.
- Answer questions about facility features, pricing, and availability.
- Show available storage spaces during property tours.
- Keep up-to-date on boats, RVs, and related storage needs.
- Handle rentals, reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Communicate with management about customer needs and inventory availability.
- Promote facility services and foster positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of boats and/or recreational vehicles.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Basic computer skills for reservations and customer records.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Must have a reliable smartphone for company operations.
Benefits
This position is part-time and works Friday through Sunday. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm on Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on the weekend.
