Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands and approved transportation
• Medication reminders
• Respite care

Requirements

• Able to follow an individualized client care plan
• Willing to complete required onboarding and training
• Able to complete a two-step TB test, T-SPOT, or qualifying chest X-ray within one week of hire
• In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel to client homes within their agreed-upon service area

• Caregiver must be compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be able to work in clients' homes
• Must be willing to accept available client assignments based on current client needs, location, availability, and qualifications
