About the role

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Brookville, PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients. This is an urgent hiring need for immediate client openings. Caregivers must be willing to accept available client assignments as they become open in order to qualify for a pay rate of $15–$17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
• Incontinence care and mobility support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands and transportation
• Medication reminders
• Care documentation

Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed above are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.

Requirements

• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
• Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate

Schedule

• Day shifts available, Monday–Friday, evenings, and weekends
• Full-time or part-time opportunities
• Choose the hours you’re available to work

Care is provided in clients’ homes. Client assignments and locations vary based on your availability and ability to travel.

New Era Life PPO plan generally offers access to a large network of doctors and hospitals, the ability to see specialists without a referral, coverage for preventive care, doctor visits, emergency care, hospitalization, and many prescription medications. Flexibility to receive care outside the network, although out-of-network services may cost more.
