About the role
We are hiring three Business Analysts to support a portfolio of business and technology initiatives. These professionals will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, helping translate business needs into actionable requirements and supporting projects through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Document and map current-state and future-state business processes
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams
- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
- Track requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Assist project teams with issue resolution, risk identification, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution
- Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and process artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting business, technology, or transformation initiatives
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various business functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, government, public sector, or other highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting system implementations, process improvement efforts, or enterprise-wide initiatives

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
