About the Role
Join a remote team leading the implementation and day-to-day operations of Medicaid RHTP-funded initiatives. This role partners closely with Medicaid leadership and external agencies to drive workflow execution, manage risk, and ensure alignment with program goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management and implementation for Medicaid RHTP-funded projects, from planning through execution and operational handoff.
- Manage workflows and task execution in support of the RHTP Sustainability Plan.
- Develop and implement required business and system processes to support program operations.
- Identify operational risks, track mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage competing priorities and escalate key issues and decisions to Medicaid leadership.
- Coordinate cross-agency collaboration with CMS, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in government-funded programs such as Medicaid or other public-sector healthcare programs.
- Experience in project management, business analytics, and organizational readiness.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MPH, MPA, or related field).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) and/or Lean Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Medicaid program.
- Experience supporting healthcare transformation or grant-funded initiatives.
