About the Role

Supports the serving staff to keep the dining room clean and stocked while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges the guest and delivers beverage orders in accordance to serving standards
• Resolves order discrepancies quickly with food server
• Supports the serving staff by maintaining stock levels of the dining room and serving stations
• Assist in pre-bussing procedures while owning the process of bussing and resetting the tables
• Ensures the initial delivery and refreshing of non-alcoholic beverages
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months or more related experience or training preferred
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, nights, and weekends
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process

Physical and Mental Demands

• Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stoop and kneel
• Must occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds or more
• Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions
• Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
