About the role

We are seeking a full-time Associate with 3–8 years of professional office experience after graduation, not an entry-level position. Our collaborative environment provides direct involvement in all phases of projects, including design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, client interaction, and regular site visits.

Requirements

• B.Arch. or M.Arch program with 2-5 years of experience after college (not counting experience during school).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion VR Rendering, Revit, and Rhino.

Additional Skills Desired

• Proficiency in REVIT, Rhino;
• Looking to move toward BIM 3D software.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or similar programs.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu.

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior architect seeking hands-on experience and meaningful involvement in a small, high-design practice.
