Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar setting (preferred)
- Experience in rubber molding (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
Physical Requirements for a Manufacturing Associate
- This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently during the workday.
- Most of the day is spent in a standing position with frequent bending and/or squatting.

Pay
- This is a first-shift position with a starting rate commensurate with experience, starting range $20.00 - $23.00 based on experience
- The minimum starting wage is $20.00 per hour
