RTM Customer Support Specialist - 1099 Contractor Opportunity

About the role

Physitrack’s platform is used by clinicians in over 100 countries to prescribe exercise, monitor patients between visits and evidence treatment outcomes. Listed on Nasdaq First North, the company launched remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) in the US in June 2026 and is seeing growing demand. This role focuses on educating and enabling clinics already using the platform to adopt RTM, helping them navigate policy, billing and patient enrollment without performing clinical monitoring or accessing patient data.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinics already on the Physitrack platform using RTM, guiding them from policy acceptance through first patient enrollment and first episode reaching CPT eligibility.
• Answer clinicians’ questions about what counts as remote review time, when a code becomes billable, how copay works outside Medicare, and other practical RTM billing issues.
• Build training material for sales and customer‑success teams and teach them how to use it.
• Join calls with prospective customers where clinical credibility drives the conversation.
• Do not perform clinical monitoring on behalf of any practice and do not access patient clinical data.

Requirements

• Experience with RTM and CMS codes.
• Licensed physical therapist (PT).

Qualifications

• Outpatient private‑practice experience is ideal.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with busy, skeptical practice owners.
• Enjoy changing someone’s mind and driving adoption of new processes.

Pay

$65 to $90 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Around 1‑10 hours per week, during US business hours.
