RT1 Bank Health Care Support Worker (Open to Undergraduate Healthcare Students only)
NHS Highland is seeking Undergraduate Health & Care Students who are interested in joining their bank team. This opportunity allows individuals to:
- choose when, where, and how often they work
- plan shifts up to six weeks in advance
- pick up additional shifts, even at short notice
- claim paid annual leave
- claim payment for statutory & mandatory training (if not provided by UHI)

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- working short-term, flexible shifts
- covering various shifts such as days, nights, weekends, and twilight shifts
- working shifts ranging from 12.5 hours to shorter 6-hour shifts
- flexible working patterns to accommodate childcare, studying, employment, or caring responsibilities
Requirements
No specific eligibility criteria for visas are met. NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
