RT Level II Techs Needed For Nested Work In Minden, Louisiana

About the role

Acuren is seeking Level II RT Technicians to support their operations in Minden, LA. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some college education, and certification as a Level II RT technician. Candidates must have experience with NDT methods and procedures, report writing skills, and knowledge of NDT equipment. A 40 Hour Radiation Safety Training (40RAD) is preferred but not required. An Industrial Radiographer Card is preferred but not mandatory. The position requires a TWIC card and the ability to adapt to occasional travel within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret inspection results
• Operate and maintain NDT equipment
• Write and review technical reports
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
• Travel as required for work assignments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college education preferred
• Certified Level II (Level II RT required)
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results
• Experience with NDT equipment
• Knowledge of NDT equipment
• Preferred but not required: 40 Hour Radiation Safety Training (40RAD), Industrial Radiographer Card, TWIC card
