RRT, Nights

About the Role

As an RRT at Piedmont Athens, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care for over 25,000 patients yearly across 427 beds, including a Level 2 Trauma Center, 32 adult ICU beds, 12 adult CICU beds, a Level 3 Neonatal ICU (NICU-RRTs), and pediatric care. You will perform RT procedure and protocols driven care.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments
• General respiratory care procedures and protocols
• Critical care procedures in adult care areas
• Blood gas analysis
• Maintenance and management of all equipment
• Patient education

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
• Previous working experience or clinical rotations
• Great communication skills
• New Grads are welcome

Licensure & Certifications

• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Licensed by the State of Georgia
• Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS
