Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Join our compassionate team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through expert respiratory care. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to workday shifts on a full-time basis Commitment to patient safety and quality care
