Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships: Act as primary fiduciary and administrator for a portfolio of retirement plan accounts working with appropriate support teams to ensure the execution of day-to-day administration of accounts is happening appropriately.
- Proactively contact clients keeping them abreast of any changes within the ERISA world that may affect their plan and the retirement success of their participants.
- Educate, recommend, monitor, and assist in documenting the Fiduciary Responsibilities of Plan Sponsor.
- Aid in plan design suggestions to ensure the client has a retirement plan that works for their employees.
- Investment Oversight And Participant Education: Help develop and deliver content for education/enrollment meetings for plan participants. These meetings are held in group, one-to-one, in-person and virtual formats. Recommend, monitor, and review plan investments options relative to our strategies and the client’s Investment Policy Statement.
- Aid in increasing revenue for both RPS and other Wealth Group Lines of Business.
- Foster productive relationships with business partners in Consumer and Commercial. Work closely with Commercial Lenders and the Wealth Group to develop and expand wallet share with existing wealth relationships.
- Enhance brand management and develop outside centers of influence for referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 5+ years
- Certifications: RPS Administrator II and Sr. levels must possess an advanced level of related industry certification such as, either the C(k)P, AIF, CPFA, CEBS or CRPS
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, Strong administrative/organizational skills, Series 65 license required
Pay
Salary Range: $62,300 - $122,400 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
