Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming RPM data (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, pulse oximetry, weight).
  • Conduct routine patient outreach to encourage device adherence and reinforce proper measurement techniques.
  • Document RPM-related patient interactions, device readings, adherence notes, and communications accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Complete delegated clerical and administrative tasks on behalf of nursing staff to support patient engagement, care coordination, and quality outcomes.
  • Report changes in condition to nursing or clinical staff according to established protocols.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, CMS RPM requirements, and organizational policies at all times.
  • Maintain Nsight Health’s culture of positivity and patient-centered care.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate and/or proof of completion of a nationally accredited program.
  • Passion for patient care, with empathy and compassion.
  • Strong ability to educate patients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-safe environment.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience in tele-health and RPM (preferred).
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills.

AI Fluency Requirement

Nsight is an AI-first organization. Every member of our team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work — not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms to support clinical documentation and care coordination tasks, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.

Schedule

This position operates on a 4-day work week structure, consisting of 10-hour shifts. Must be available to work rotating holidays throughout the year. Requires mandatory coverage of a minimum of two (2) weekends per month.

Training Requirements

All new hires must complete a comprehensive training program: Duration: 4 weeks Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time Attendance is mandatory to ensure readiness prior to independently supporting patients.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base pay $18-$20 an hour
  • Shift Differentials: Evening Differential: +$1.50/hour for hours worked after 7:00 PM ET Late Night Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked after 10:00 PM ET Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour for all hours worked Saturday and Sunday
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid after 120 days of continuous employment, contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at time of payout.
  • Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000
