RPA Solution Lead - Hybrid in TX

About the role

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath. Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath
• Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework
• Experience with UiPath growth products including IXP, DU, and Action Centre
• Familiarity with UiPath Process Mining, Test Automation, Agent Builder, and Maestro
• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and integration architecture
• Experience with version control tools and CI/CD processes

Qualifications

• Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, queues, and databases
• Experience working with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire, Duck Creek, SharePoint, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience implementing secure credential management and enterprise security controls
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment processes
• Experience automating insurance business processes
• Understanding of Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premium Processing, and Broker Operations

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory)
• UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification
